  1. The pit

    An obese teen mom in survival mode. Her dad — her hero — gone to cancer when she was fifteen. “I believed the lie that if I could just be skinny, I would finally be enough.” That desperation led to crystal meth — first to lose weight, then to numb. For ten years.

  2. That day

    At her lowest point, on the edge of her bed, she heard a clear, unmistakable voice: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!” She threw it all away. Ten years of addiction — over. No program, no relapse, gone.

  3. The new creation

    Daily walks became 100 pounds lost, became a certified women's fitness specialist training women since 2012. “I was healthier and stronger, but something was still missing. That missing piece was Jesus.I have lived life without Him, and life with Him — and I will never go back.”

Do I need a gym?

No. Everything is built for home — Month 1 needs little more than a Bible, a pen, and light dumbbells. A full equipment list with budget options is included.

What if I'm not fit enough for this?

It was built for you. Every workout carries modifications for every level, and Month 1 deliberately starts with the basics: consistency before intensity.

What if I fall behind?

Grace, not shame. The materials are yours, the rhythm is weekly, and accountability exists to bring you back — not to keep score.

I'm new to faith. Can I join?

Yes. Come as you are. You'll read Scripture from week one with guidance the whole way — questions welcome, no prerequisites.
